Coaching and Training Services

Service Description: We provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions tailored to support people with ADHD and other conditions in achieving their goals, managing challenges, and improving their daily lives.

We also provide training to companies and institutions to help them understand the benefits of neurodiversity across their business, and to help neurodistinct employees feel valued and perform to their best potential in the workplace.

Scope of Service

Coaching is a collaborative partnership where we offer a space for reflection and tools for personal development, but we do not provide therapy or medical treatment.

Your progress depends on your commitment and active participation in the coaching process. Be open, honest, and willing to take action.

Sessions

We will agree on the number and duration of coaching sessions in advance during a c.20 minute ‘Discovery Call’. Each coaching session usually lasts between 40 minutes to 55 minutes and will take place in person, over the phone, or via video call (depending on package agreed).

If the coachee is under 18 years of age, both coachee and parent / guardian should attend the discovery call.

Training programmes for companies are bespoke and will be agreed in advance.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep our conversations confidential, except where required by law or if there's a risk to your safety or someone else's.

For further details, please refer to our Privacy & Data Protection Policy. You can find this on our website:  www.consciousclarity.co.uk/policies

Payments

Fees and payment details will be discussed during our initial Discovery Call. Payment is required in advance of us providing services.

Cancellation

To support our clients with ADHD and other 'spiky profiles,' we provide both email and text reminders for scheduled calls.

We politely ask for a minimum 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduled sessions.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hour notice are chargeable.

Termination

Ending the Agreement: If at any point you decide coaching is not helping, you can terminate our coaching relationship with 14 days’ notice. We may also terminate the Agreement if it becomes clear that coaching is not beneficial for you or we have concerns over your wellbeing.

Refund Policy

Refunds for Unused Sessions: Should either party terminate the Agreement, you are eligible for a full refund, less a 10% administration fee of the refund amount; this applies only where the following conditions are met:

  • The unused sessions fall within a 6-month period from your initial Discovery Call.
  • The refund will only be made to the person who made the original payment.

Non-Refundable Sessions: Coaching sessions that are not used within the 6-month period from the initial Discovery Call are not eligible for a refund.

For training or other bespoke services provided, any deposit paid in advance is non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the coaching or training services you have paid for.
