👋Hey Ali,
I'm Franck.
I'm interested in becoming your next Student Success Coach.
Let's meet!
I'm applying for the Student Success Coach role at the
Lifestyle Business Academy because I've actually lived what your students are trying to build: the transition from successful corporate career to a lifestyle business that gives you real freedom.
Why I'm Applying
I've spent the last four years running Conscious Clarity, my lifestyle business coaching practice.
Before that, I a decade in FMCG commercial roles at Innocent Drinks, Cadbury's, and AB World Foods in Sales, Marketing and everything in between.
I know what it takes to build offers, scale operations, and drive revenue. And I know what it feels like to walk away from that world to build something of your own.
What excites me about this role is the combination: helping entrepreneurs navigate the strategic challenges of building a business while supporting them through the psychological reality of being solely responsible for their own income. That gap between "I know what to do" and "I can't make myself do it"? I've been there. Your students need someone who understands both sides.
Everything I'd Bring to the Role
Real business experience, not just theory
I've developed offers, launched products across multiple retailers, managed P&L, and scaled commercial operations.
When your students are stuck on their offer or confused about their marketing strategy, I can provide genuine strategic support because I've gone through it. I know the questions to ask, the pitfalls to avoid, and how to translate vision into something commercially viable.

People I've worked with and some of the nice things they've said:
"Working with Franck was really helpful in developing a more self-compassionate and self-accepting approach to life and learning more about how I could use and grow my strengths to deal with a diverse range of situations. It's been incredibly valuable and something I'd recommend to anyone." - Tony, Doctor & Government Advisor
"Franck worked very closely with us in the run up to the session to make sure that the talk was perfectly tailored to our requirements, and he struck the perfect balance." - Yasmine, Head of Creative Learning, Mediazoo
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - "Franck's strengths are being able to break down my challenges with practical and visual examples. Overall very positive." - Paul, Business Owner
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- "Franck really knows his stuff, and he helped both professionally and personally. I gained a better understanding of how to help the companies I work with to help their people work better together." - Kate, Business Owner
⭐⭐⭐⭐ - "Franck helped me with understanding how I function, what are triggers, what are strengths and what really energises me - with a view to then understanding how that could be related to ADHD. I feel very equipped for the future and for tackling the next stage of my career!" - Matt, Head of Team
"Franck delivered a powerful session exploring the neuroscience behind empathic leadership - accessible, informative and filled with practical takeaways. He also joined the panel I hosted, which turned out to be one of my favourite parts of the whole summit. The conversation felt natural and generous, and Franck brought such clarity and steadiness to the table.
Empathy can sometimes get brushed off as “too soft” or fluffy, but Frank has this brilliant way of showing why it matters, how it works and what it looks like in practice. He was a total joy to work with and a real asset to the summit."
- Teresa Beehan, Co-Lead of the Empathic Leadership Summit
I think I'd be a great fit for your Student Success Coach.
Hopefully you do too.
Shall we meet to discuss?
